Aggregator notice

DistrictTenant aggregates DC public records for informational purposes. We do not assert that information is current, complete, or accurate. Consult the underlying DC government records for authoritative data.

User-generated content (reviews)

• License grant: by submitting a review, you grant DistrictTenant a non-exclusive, perpetual, sublicensable license to display and aggregate it.
• Prohibited content: defamation, harassment, doxxing or personally identifying information, threats, hate speech, commercial spam.
• Editorial discretion: we may publish, edit, or remove submissions without explanation. This is not a legal obligation; it is our editorial judgment.

Takedown & DMCA

• Non-DMCA removal requests (defamation, privacy, other harms): use the public takedown form at /takedown. We respond within 14 days.
• DMCA copyright requests: see our designated agent at /dmca.

Anti-SLAPP awareness

DC has an anti-SLAPP statute (DC Code §16-5501 et seq.). Strategic lawsuits against public participation aimed at chilling tenant speech will be defended accordingly.

Dispute resolution

• Disputes will be resolved in the District of Columbia.
• No class actions.
• (No mandatory arbitration at v0.3.0.)
